Who: Kat Dalager

Kat has worked in one-person shops and in companies with thousands of employees, at agencies and in-house at corporations. Her experience includes leadership roles in production/art production, project management, creative services and creative operations. Kat understands the nuances that each situation requires when it comes to building a robust creative operation, and she hopes you’ll learn from her wins and from her mistakes as she takes you on her journey.
Kat’s career path includes stints at Carmichael Lynch, Best Buy, Life Time Fitness, Hogarth Worldwide, Campbell Mithun, Target Corporation and The Martin Agency. She’s served a wide variety of clients, from start-ups to brand names like Harley-Davidson,Target, Walmart, Famous Footwear and General Mills. She’s passionate about giving back to both students and professionals in the marketing community and strives to bring diversity, equity and inclusion to all facets of the industry – in every sense of these words.
