Our communications efforts, despite how thoughtful, do not always go as planned, so Dr. Cook will provide tips and tactics that help to regain that audience who just swiped right on your ad. The purpose of this session is to walk away remembering three words: Coke, Papaw, Kiddo. While that doesn’t make much sense now, Dr. Cook will use those three words to capture something memorable and useful. In today’s society, we are learning one headline at a time, and it doesn’t take much to lose an audience. Dr. Cook will provide three focus areas to gain back an audience, using examples and tactics that pertain to how the world now accepts “output” of information. The goal is for attendees to find their own version of Coke, Papaw and Kiddo.
Date: September 19, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
