Senior Director, Global Creative Director at Mattel, Erica is responsible for all Global Advertising, Branding and Creative across all mediums for the Barbie brand, as well as all other dolls within the Mattel portfolio.
Most recently, Erica was a pivotal leader on the Barbie brand’s social mission initiative, Project Dream Gap – on ongoing program dedicated to helping girls continue to believe that they can be anything. She also helped to spearhead the launch of new Barbie body types, celebrating an evolution for the brand that better embraces the world girl’s see today, and led creation of the award-winning You Can Be Anything Campaign, initiating the brand’s successful turnaround.
Prior to Mattel, Erica worked at agencies on both the east and west coasts, leading creative teams on global brands ranging from Burger King to Samsung. With 20 years of experience both in-house and agency side, her strategic thinking and creative expertise are unrivaled, positioning her as masterful leader and asset to any team.
